The GaTAPP program is designed to attract highly motivated professionals outside the teaching profession who hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher from a regionally accredited college/university and are interested in pursuing a teaching career. GaTAPP Eligibility Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university. Passing score on GACE II Content Area tests prior to entry in the area you will be teaching. Pass the Georgia Educator Ethics Assessment (#360). Have a job offer as a beginning teacher in a Griffin RESA-member systems (Butts, Fayette, Griffin-Spalding, Henry, Lamar, Newton, Pike, Thomaston-Upson). 7
