This four-part professional learning series is designed to 
strengthen paraprofessional practice by clarifying roles, 
strengthening instructional support, and promoting 
student independence. Paraprofessionals will learn how 
to support instruction without creating dependence, 
collaborate effectively with teachers, and contribute to 
inclusive Tier 1 learning environments. Across the series, 
participants will develop skills in effective prompting and 
fading, proactive behavior support, data collection, and 
strategies that promote student independence and 
executive functioning. Designed for new and experienced 
paraprofessionals, this series aligns with High-Leverage 
Practices, inclusive instruction, and MTSS. Participants 
who complete the full series will leave with increased 
confidence, a shared instructional language, and practical 
tools to maximize their impact on student learning.

for teachers developing their IEP writing skills and 
provides a thorough review of each section of the IEP. 
Participants will learn compliant practices and strategies 
for creating high-quality IEPs that incorporate student 
strengths, specially designed instruction, and SMART 
goals. By the end, educators will be able to write IEPs that 
meet legal requirements while also serving as effective
